  So sitting here watching the Tide roll over Kentucky ☺ #RollTide !
So Dinner was Udi's Gluten-free Pizzia. Yum! It's hard to find Gluten-free Pizza that's really fancy so I took a pepperoni cheese and dressed it up with more pepperoni, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, sliced provolone, fresh onion, and olives.
   It was so good! You CAN eat good pizza and gluten-free!
